Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel less than 24 hours, you will be charged for the visits, as well as if you’ve booked a vacation sit. No refunds are given for early returns.
Vacation sitting must be 10 days advanced notice to be refunded 100% up front.
Major holidays need to be prepaid upfront. (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas). If you decide to cancel you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
